where the settings of DSP Manager are saved?

They should be stored in the configuration folder (%appdata%\foobar2000\configuration) for each 3rd-party-dsp-component (as well as all other components).

Thanks for this skin looks very sweet, your hard work is appreciated.

When I minimize foobar it now goes to the systray. I don't like this. How can I keep it on the superbar (like default)?

You have used the standard user interface (Default UI) so far?
This behaviour isn't touched by my config, but maybe touched by the Columns UI component.
With Columns UI you need to disable "Minimise to icon" on Ctrl+P --> Columns UI/Notification area tab.

Woow, thanks a lot tedgo!

Before using your skin I didn't use the columns UI of Foobar. Since I didn't know the hotkey for control panel I didn't find it. I only was able to find the settings menu (right-mouse-click) where notification wasn't available.
